RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

At Berrysmash Market ApS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return it for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Perishable goods, custom-made items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Notify Us: Email us at weball@berrysmashmarket.com or use our online contact form within 14 days of receiving your item.
  2. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item and send it back to us at the address, in the mail you to receive from us. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
  3. Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.

Refunds & Exchanges:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Exchanges will be processed as soon as we receive your return.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
